Persyaratan yang dibawa saat wawancara :
1. Halaman konfirmasi DS-160 yang lengkap dan dicetak pada kertas berukuran letter atau kertas ukuran A4 dalam format portrait dengan barcode yang dapat dibaca
2. Konfirmasi wawancara dicetak 1 lembar per orang
3. Paspor asli yang masih berlaku berlaku setidaknya enam bulan dari periode tinggal di AS
4. Foto ukuran 5cm x 5cm, 2 lembar, background putih, tampak wajah 70%, tidak menggunakan baju putih atau warna yang mendekati putih, tidak boleh kelihatan gigi, harus terlihat bahu, tidak menggunakan aksesoris seperti kacamata, topi, lensa kontak, dll (foto yang sama dengan yang sudah dikirimkan untuk pengisian formulir online)
5. Supporting Document:
a. Berkaitan dengan pekerjaan:
Jika Pegawai:
- Surat Keterangan Kerja dalam bahasa Inggris menggunakan kop surat & cap perusahaan (harus dicantumkan jabatan, periode kerja, nominal gaji, alamat, no telp, departemen, nama orang yang menerbitkan dan jaminan akan kembali ke Indonesia setelah trip selesai)
- NPWP, SPT PPH 1721 A dan Slip gaji 3 bulan terakhir
Jika Wiraswasta:
- Surat Keterangan Kepemilikan Usaha dalam bahasa Inggris menggunakan kop surat & cap perusahaan (harus dicantumkan jabatan, alamat, no telp, departemen dan nama orang yang menerbitkan)
- SIUP, TDP / NIB, NPWP & SPT Tahunan
Jika Pelajar:
- Surat keterangan pelajar dari tempat bersekolah saat ini dalam Bahasa Inggris
- Kartu pelajar / kartu mahasiswa
- Rekening Koran Orang Tua
b. Bukti keuangan:
- Rekening koran minimal 3 bulan terakhir dan tambahan rekening koran bulan berjalan (wajib cap bank)
c. Riwayat perjalanan:
- Paspor lama (jika ada)
d. Bukti kekeluargaan:
- KTP, Kartu Keluarga, Akta Lahir dan Buku Nikah/ Akta Nikah / Akta Cerai
e. Itinerary
f. Bukti kepemilikan aset:
- surat berharga, obligasi, BPKB, copy sertifikat rumah, PBB (jika ada)
Langkah-langkah pengurusan Visa Amerika Serikat:
1. Isi form visa
2. Kirim Form yang sudah diisi beserta softcopy Pas Photo uk 5x5 cm dengan background putih dan foto Paspor yang berlaku ke email: info@whatravel.com
3. Tunggu konfirmasi form DS-160 yang akan kami isikan dan konfirmasi wawancara
4. Sebelum jadwal wawancara kami akan aturkan jadwal untuk briefing singkat persiapan wawancara, estimasi h-7 s/d h-2 sebelum tgl wawancara
5. Wawancara di kedutaan Amerika Serikat dengan membawa dokumen-dokumen asli untuk diperlihatan ke kedutaan Amerika Serikat
Proses : 5 hari kerja terhitung setelah tanggal wawancara
Catatan: Jika sudah pernah memiliki Visa Amerika B1/B2 sebelumnya yang masih berlaku atau sudah expired kurang dari 1 tahun maka tidak perlu datang wawancara

Requirements brought during the interview:
1. Completed DS-160 confirmation page printed on letter or A4 size paper in portrait format with readable barcode
2. Interview confirmation printed 1 sheet per person
3. The original valid passport is valid for at least six months of the period of stay in the USA
4. Colored photograph with size 5 x 5 cm, 2 sheets, white background, close up to your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70% of the photograph, don't use a white colored t-shirt or color close to white, should not be visible teeth, should be visible shoulder, don’t use any accessories such as glasses, cap, contact lenses, etc (use the same photo with the one submitted online)
5. Supporting Document:
a. Related to work:
If you are an employee:
- Certificate of employment in English using the company letterhead and stamp (must include position, period of work, nominal salary, address, phone number, department, name of the issuing person, and guarantee that will return to Indonesia after the trip is completed)
-NPWP, SPT PPH 1721 A, and payslip last 3 months
If you are Self-Employed:
- Certificate of business in English using company letterhead & stamp (must include position, address, phone number, department, and name of the issuing person)
- SIUP, TDP / NIB, NPWP & annual tax return
If you are a student:
- Student certificate from the current school in English
- Student Card/ College student card
- Parent's Current Account
b. Financial Proof:
- Current account for at least the last 3 months and additional current account for the current month (required bank stamp)
c. Travel history:
- An old regular passport for those who have one
d. Proof of kinship:
- an ID card, Family Card, Birth Certificate Marriage Book/ Marriage Certificate / Divorce Certificate
e. Itinerary
f. Proof of asset ownership:
- securities, bonds, CPC, copy of House certificate, PBB (if any)
US Visa management measures:
1. Fill out the visa form
2. Send the completed Form along with a softcopy of a 5x5 cm UK passport photo with a white background and a valid passport photo to our email: info@whatravel.com
3. Wait for the DS-160 confirmation form that we will fill out and the interview schedule confirmation
4. Before the interview schedule we will arrange a schedule for a brief briefing interview preparation, estimated h-7 s/d h-2 before the interview date
5. Interview at the US Embassy with original documents to be checked by US Embassy
Process: 5 working days after the interview date
Note: If you have had a previous American B1/B2 Visa that is still valid or has expired for less than 1 year, there is no need to come for an interview
