Persyaratan:
1. Paspor dengan minimum masa berlaku 6 bulan dari tanggal keberangkatan dan paspor dengan single name (satu kata) wajib menambahkan nama terlebih dahulu ke kantor Imigrasi terdekat
2. Foto ukuran 3,5cm x 4,5cm, background putih, tampak wajah 70%, tidak menggunakan baju putih atau warna yang mendekati putih, tidak boleh kelihatan gigi, harus terlihat bahu, tidak menggunakan aksesoris seperti kacamata, topi, lensa kontak, dll

3. Fotokopi KTP (dicetak di kertas A4)
4. Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga
5. Fotokopi Akta Lahir (hanya untuk Anak)
6. Reservasi Tiket

Requirements:
1. A passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure and a single-name passport must add a name to the nearest Immigration Office.
2. Colored photograph with size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 2 sheets, white background, close up to your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70% of the photograph, don't use white colored t-shirt or color close to white, don’t use any accessories such as glasses, cap, contact lenses, etc.

3. Copy of a Valid Indonesian Identity card (Printed on A4 paper).
4. Copy of Family Card.
5. Copy of Birth Certificate (Children only).
6. Ticket reservation.
