VISA SCHENGEN
Single Entry & Multiple Years Entry

Persyaratan :
1. Paspor asli dengan minimum masa berlaku 8 bulan dari tanggal keberangkatan (cover paspor pribadi harap dilepas)
2. Paspor lama (jika ada)
3. Foto ukuran 3,5cm x 4,5cm, 2 lembar, background putih, tampak wajah 70%, tidak menggunakan baju putih atau warna yang mendekati putih, tidak boleh kelihatan gigi, harus terlihat bahu, tidak menggunakan aksesoris seperti kacamata, topi, lensa kontak, dll

4. Fotokopi KTP (dicetak di kertas A4)
5. Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga
6. Fotokopi Akta Lahir
7. Fotokopi Buku Nikah / Akta Nikah / Akta Cerai
8. Fotokopi halaman biodata paspor
9. Fotokopi visa Schengen yang pernah dimiliki sebelumnya (jika ada)
10. Bukti reservasi tiket pesawat
11. Bukti reservasi hotel
12. Asuransi perjalanan yang mengcover sampai €30.000 dan Covid-19
13. Surat referensi bank asli dalam bahasa Inggris
14. Rekening koran minimal 3 bulan terakhir dan tambahan rekening koran bulan berjalan
15. Dokumen Pembuktian Identitas:
Jika Pegawai:
● Surat Keterangan Kerja dalam bahasa Inggris menggunakan kop surat & cap perusahaan (harus dicantumkan jabatan, periode kerja, nominal gaji, alamat, no telp, departemen, nama orang yang menerbitkan dan jaminan akan kembali ke Indonesia setelah trip selesai)
● NPWP
Jika Wiraswasta:
● Surat Keterangan Kepemilikan Usaha dalam bahasa Inggris menggunakan kop surat & cap perusahaan (harus dicantumkan jabatan, alamat, no telp, departemen dan nama orang yang menerbitkan)
● SIUP, TDP / NIB & NPWP
Jika Pelajar:
● Surat keterangan pelajar dari tempat bersekolah saat ini dalam Bahasa Inggris
● Kartu pelajar / kartu mahasiswa
● Rekening Koran Orang Tua
16. Surat ijin orang tua dalam bahasa Inggris (jika anak di bawah usia 17th pergi sendiri, tanda tangan di atas materai 10.000 dan sertakan fotokopi kedua orang tua)
17. Surat ijin suami dalam bahasa Inggris (jika istri pergi sendiri, tanda tangan di atas materai 10.000 dan sertakan fotokopi KTP suami dan rekening koran suami) 

Notes :
● Visa Schengen Multiple Years Entry hanya dapat dikeluarkan oleh Kedutaan Belanda dan Prancis
● Pernah memiliki Visa Schengen yang dikeluarkan oleh Belanda atau Prancis dalam 3 tahun terakhir (dibuktikan dengan fotokopi visa)
● Jika Visa Schengen sebelumnya dikeluarkan oleh Belanda, maka pengajuan Visa Schengen Multiple Years Entry ditujukan ke Belanda, begitu juga jika Visa Schengen sebelumnya dikeluarkan oleh Prancis
● Wajib memiliki asuransi perjalanan tahunan
● Tujuan utama perjalanan wajib ke antara 2 negara tersebut (tiket PP harus entry/exit dari Belanda/Prancis dan akomodasi utama terlama di Belanda/Prancis)
● Durasi Visa Schengen Multiple Years Entry sesuai dengan masa berlaku paspor dipotong 4 bulan (contoh : jika paspor berlaku hingga November 2023, maka Visa Schengen berlaku hingga Juli 2023)
● Keputusan diberikannya Visa Schengen Multiple Years Entry adalah hak kedutaan terkait
● Pendaftar visa tetap wajib hadir di Kedutaan/VFS/TLS/BLS untuk pengambilan data biometric jika dibutuhkan
● Whatravel sudah tidak menyediakan jasa dummy tiket dan hotel untuk tujuan aplikasi Visa Schengen Multiple Years Entry karena akan dianggap document fraud

SCHENGEN VISA
Single Entry & Multiple Years Entry

Requirements:
1. Original passport with a minimum validity of 8 months from the date of departure (please remove the personal passport cover.
2. An old regular passport for those who have one.
3. Colored photograph with size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 2 sheets, white background, close up to your head and top of your shoulders so that your face takes up 70% of the photograph, don't use a white colored t-shirt or color close to white, don’t use any accessories such as glasses, cap, contact lenses, etc.

4. Copy of Valid Indonesian Identity card.
5. Copy of Family Card.
6. Copy of Marriage Book/ Marriage Certificate/ Divorce Certificate.
7. Copy of passport biodata page.
8. Copy of previous Schengen visa that was obtained (if any).
9. Proof of flight reservation.
10. Proof of hotel reservation.
11. Travel insurance that covers up to €30,000 and Covid-19.
12. A valid bank reference letter in English.
13. Current account for at least the last 3 months and additional current account for the current month.
14. Proof of Identity:
If you are Employee:
● Certificate of employment in English using the company letter head and stamp (must include position, period of work, nominal salary, address, phone number, department, name of the issuing person, and guarantee will return to Indonesia after the trip is completed).
● Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
If you are Self-Employed:
● Certificate of business in English using company letterhead & stamp (must include position, address, phone number, department, and name of the issuing person).
● SIUP, TDP / NIB & NPWP.
If you are Student:
● Student certificate from the current school in English.
● Student Card/ College student card.
● Parent's Current Account.
15. Parent's permit in English (if a child under the age of 17 goes alone, sign over 10,000 duty stamp and include copies of both parents's identity card).
16. Husband's permit in English (if the wife goes alone, sign over 10,000 duty stamp and include copies of husband's identity card and husband's current account). 

Notes :
● Schengen Multiple-year entry Visa can only be issued by the embassies of the Netherlands and France.
● Have had a Schengen Visa issued by the Netherlands or France in the last 3 years (as evidenced by a copy of the visa).
● If the Schengen Visa was previously issued by the Netherlands, then the application for a Schengen Multiple Years Entry Visa is addressed to the Netherlands, as well as if the Schengen Visa was previously issued by France.
● Must have annual travel insurance.
● Main purpose of compulsory travel between the 2 countries (A round-trip ticket must be entry/exit from the Netherlands / France and the longest main accommodation in the Netherlands / France).
● The duration of the Schengen Multiple Years Entry Visa in accordance with the passport validity period is cut by 4 months (example: if the passport is valid until November 2023, then the Schengen Visa is valid until July 2023).
● The decision to grant a Schengen multiple-year entry visa is the right of the embassy of the issuing country.
● Visa applicants must be present at the embassy/VFS/TLS/BLS for biometric data collection if it is required.
● Whatravel does not provide dummy tickets and hotel services for the purpose of applying for a multiple-year entry Schengen Visa, as it will be considered document fraud.
